Big South Announces Women's Cross Country Runners of the Week - Oct. 5
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (www.BigSouthSports.com) – High Point’s Lindsey Ickes (Winston-Salem, N.C.) has been selected the Big South Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week, while teammate Charli Montalvo (Waxhaw, N.C.) is the Women’s Freshman Runner of the Week for meets ran the week of Sept. 29-Oct. 2, it was announced today.
Ickes finished 12th out of 378 runners at the Live in the Lou Classic with a time of 16:59.5 in the 5k race.
Montalvo posted a personal-best time of 18:14.1 at the Live in the Lou Classic, and finished 117th overall.
