Big South Announces Women's Golfers of the Week - Nov. 3

Beryl Giletti (Houilles, France) has been named the Big South Women’s Golfer of the Week, while USC Upstate’s
Supatta Puttanavarat (Chonburi, Thailand) is the Women’s Freshman of the Week for events played Oct. 26-Nov. 1, it was announced today.
Giletti was the runner-up at the French Broad Collegiate Invitational with an 8-over 221 (69-75-77). She was the top finisher among the 24 Big South golfers competing in the event, and recorded her best finish of the fall season. Giletti’s first round 69 was a season-best and tied for the squad’s best 18-hole score this year.
Puttanavarat helped the Spartans to a third-place finish at the 10-team French Broad Collegiate with a 231 (78-77-76). She tied for 19th in the 54-player field, and Upstate was the top team among the four Big South schools competing.
