Big South Announces Men's Golfers of the Week - March 30

Edwin Blomander (Eksjo, Sweden) has been named the Big South Men’s Golfer of the Week, while teammate
Tim Holmberg (Uppsala, Sweden) is the Men’s Freshman of the Week for events played March 23-29, it was announced today.
Blomander tied for third at the UNCW Seahawk Intercollegiate (par 72, 7,031 yards) with a 9-under 207 (70-69-68) -- his best finish in three seasons at Campbell. He tied for the tournament lead in par-3 (-2) and par-5 (-9) scoring, and was ninth with 15 birdies. Blomander helped the Camels to their best 18-, 36- and 54-hole scores of the year.
Holmberg posted his best 54-hole score on the college level with a 1-under 215 (71-71-73) at the UNCW Seahawk Intercollegiate. He tied for 28th on the overall leaderboard, and tied for sixth in the 92-player field in par-4 scoring at 2-under.
