Big South Announces Men's Golfers of the Week - Sept. 14

Bryce Corbett (Gainesville, Va.) has been named the Big South Men’s Golfer of the Week, while Charleston Southern’s
Jules Gentil (Limoges, France) is the Men’s Freshman of the Week for events played Sept. 7-13, it was announced today.
Corbett finished runner-up at the River Run Collegiate (par 70, 6,871 yards) with a 7-under 203 (66-70-67) to lead the Highlanders to the team title. He led the 80-player field with 15 birdies, while his -3 (3.88 stroke average) on the par-4 layouts was also tops in the tournament.
Gentil carded a 1-under 215 (72-71-72) at the Golfweek Fall Challenge (par 72, 6,988 yards) and tied for 45th overall. He tallied 11 birdies and 33 pars, and counted among CSU’s aggregate scores all three rounds.
