Big South Announces Women's Cross Country Runners of the Week - Oct. 9

Charli Montalvo (Waxhaw, N.C.) is the Big South Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week, and teammate
Danielle Jensen (McHenry, Ill.) is the Women’s Freshman of the Week honoree.
Montalvo had an impressive showing at the Paul Short Run where she helped the Panthers finish ninth out of the 44-team event. She completed the 6k race in 20:41.5, for 25th out of 371 runners.
Jensen made her debut with the Panthers, and was the fourth HPU runner to cross the finish line. Her time of 21:08.7 earned her 68th-place and contributed to High Point’s final team score.
