Big South Announces Women's Basketball Players of the Week - Dec. 9

Amor Harris (Alexandria, Va.) has been named the Big South Women’s Basketball Player of the Week, while Radford guard
Adelyn Traylor-Walker (Franklin, Ind.) is the Freshman of the Week for games played Dec. 2-8, it was announced today.
Harris averaged 17.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.3 steals while shooting 57.1 percent (24-of-42) from the field during Longwood’s 3-0 week. She recorded a career-high 23 points on 10-of-19 shooting, along with four rebounds, in Friday’s 67-60 win over South Carolina State. On Saturday, she added 12 points, four rebounds, and two steals against William & Mary. She concluded the weekend with 16 points on 8-of-12 shooting in an 81-54 victory over McNeese on Sunday. Harris was named the Shirley Duncan Classic Most Valuable Player.
Traylor-Walker averaged 8.5 points, 2.5 assists, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.5 steals during the week, highlighted by a career-high 15 points at Clemson. She recorded a game-high four assists, along with a basket, three rebounds, and a steal at Loyola (Md.). In her first career start at Clemson, she led Radford with a team-high 15 points on 4-of-10 shooting, including two 3-pointers. Eleven of those points came in the opening quarter.
