Big South Announces Men's Golfers of the Week - Sept. 12

Scott Jordan (Pittsburgh, Pa.) has been named the Big South Men’s Golfer of the Week, with High Point’s
Shlok Jain (Cary, N.C.) receiving the Men’s Golf Freshman of the Week honor for events played Sept. 5-11, it was announced today.
Jordan tied for third at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational (par 71, 6,523 yards) with a 6-under 207 (69-68-70). He tallied 11 birdies and one eagle as he matched the seventh-lowest raw 54-hole score in program history.
Jain finished 14th in his first collegiate appearance with an even-par 216 (76-65-75) at the Bryan National Collegiate (par 72, 7,255 yards). His 7-under par 65 in the second round featured seven birdies, and tied the lowest 18-hole score by a High Point freshman. He helped the Panthers to a fourth-place team finish.
