Caleb Kenyon (Spring Brook Township, Pa.) has been named the Big South Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week, while teammate
Lin Scott (Wilson, N.C.) is the Men’s Freshman of the Week for meets ran the opening weekend of the 2024 season, it was announced today.
Kenyon won the CSU Buccaneer Invitational last Friday with a time of 19:11.9. He won the 6K race by :03.4 seconds, and led the Bucs to the team title in the nine-team field.
Scott placed fifth in the CSU Buccaneer Invitational with a time of 19:21.7, and was the highest-finishing freshman among the 16 overall frosh that competed. His effort secured points toward CSU’s winning score.
