Gardner-Webb and Winthrop picked up wins Wednesday to even their Big South records to 4-4.  Charleston Southern was a winner at USC Upstate, while UNC Asheville won its sixth-straight conference game.

GARDNER-WEBB 92, LONGWOOD 87 | BOX SCORE
Graduate guard Anthony Selden scored a game-high 27 points to go along with seven boards, leading the Gardner-Webb (9-12, 4-4) men's basketball team to a thrilling 92-87 win over visiting Longwood (16-7, 5-3) on Wednesday evening inside Paul Porter Arena.
 
WINTHROP 76, PRESBYTERIAN 67 | BOX SCORE
Kelton Talford posted a double-double of 25 points, 10 rebounds to help lead Winthrop men's basketball to a 76-67 victory over Presbyterian College, Wednesday evening inside the Winthrop Coliseum.
 
CHARLESTON SOUTHERN 82, USC UPSTATE 75 | BOX SCORE
Despite a slow start for Head Coach Saah Nimley's Buccaneers, the team still managed to find itself ahead at halftime 36-34.  Two Buccaneers, Taje' Kelly and RJ Johnson, both finished the ball game with 20+ points. The duo held the CSU offensive attack together well into the second half with Kelly posting a 25-point, 17-rebound (career high), and 7-assist performance.
 
UNC ASHEVILLE 72, RADFORD 65 | BOX SCORE
The UNC Asheville men's basketball team completed the first half of Big South Conference play on Wednesday and moved to 7-1 in league action following a 72-65 victory over Radford in Kimmel Arena.
