Big South Announces Men's Cross Country Runners of the Week - Oct. 22

Martin Iriondo (Orio, Basque Country, Spain) has been named the Big South Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week, while High Point’s
Max Bonilla (Elizabeth, N.J.) is the Men’s Freshman of the Week for meets ran Oct. 16-19, it was announced today.
Iriondo claimed 38th out of 169 entrants at the Panorama Farms Invitational 8K race with a time of 24:31.9 to lead the Buccaneers to a sixth-place team finish. He was the top finisher among the 39 Big South runners competing.
Bonilla finished 65th at the Panorama Farms Invitational with a time of 25.07.3, which was third among the Panther runners. He counted towards High Point’s team score as the squad was seventh in the final standings.
