Radford won its fourth-straight contest and moved into a tie for second-place with a victory on Wednesday night.  Winthrop snapped Charleston Southern's four-game win streak, while Presbyterian and Gardner-Webb were also winners on the night.

The Radford women's basketball program picked up a big victory on the road Wednesday night, upending conference leaders High Point 65-48 behind impressive shooting and even more impressive defense.
 
WINTHROP 54, CHARLESTON SOUTHERN 47 | BOX SCORE
Ronaltha Marc's free throw with a minute left broke a 47-47 tie, lifting the Eagles to an eventual 54-47 victory over Charleston Southern at home Wednesday night.
 
PRESBYTERIAN 68, USC UPSTATE 51 | BOX SCORE
The Presbyterian College women's basketball team (5-18, 3-7) took a short trip to Spartanburg where they defeated their league rivals, the USC Upstate Spartans (5-18, 2-8) on Wednesday night.
 
GARDNER-WEBB 79, UNC ASHEVILLE 72 | BOX SCORE
The Gardner-Webb University women's basketball team (9-13, 6-4 Big South) continued a solid run of play on Wednesday night, winning for the fourth time in five Big South Conference games by outlasting visiting UNC Asheville (2-20, 0-9 Big South) inside Paul Porter Arena, 79-72.
