New Team Leaders Emerge Following Second Round of 2025 Women's Golf Championship

Radford University posted the top aggregate team score on Monday with a 297 and moved into a tie for first-place with
High Point University at 607 following two rounds of the 2025 Big South Women's Golf Championship. The Panthers improved one stroke from the first round to move up one slot on the team leaderboard, while first round leader
UNC Asheville dropped into fourth-place with a 308 to sit at 611.
Charleston Southern University maintained its third position and is at 608 after 36 holes. The Championship is being contested at Ocean Creek Golf Course (par 72, 6,032 yards) on Fripp Island, S.C. The top four team finishers after 54-holes of stroke play advance to Wednesday’s Match Play Semifinals & Championship, and four strokes separate the top four teams.
Meanwhile, High Point's
Julia McLaughlin now holds a five-stroke lead on the individual leaderboard. She posted a 1-over 73 and sits at 1-under 143 after 36 holes. Charleston Southern teammates
Katie Stephens (72) and
Odette Font Garcia (73), along with Radford's
Grace Addison (72) sit in a three-way tie for second-place at 148. USC Upstate's
Alexis Rieli (72) and Radford's
Shea Smith (76) round out the Top 5 individuals at 6-over 150.
