Mercer and Furman picked up wins on Saturday to finish with High Point as co-regular-season champions at 7-1. Wofford also won on Saturday to solidify the No. 4 seed in next weeks' conference tournament, and Gardner-Webb was victorious to clinch the sixth and final seed in the postseason.
MERCER 19, LONGWOOD 1 | BOX SCORE
Caroline Glus and Abby Morrison each scored five goals to lift the Mercer Bears to a dominant 19-1 win at Longwood Saturday afternoon from Farmville, Va. With the win, Mercer clinched a share of the 2025 Big South Regular Season championship as the Bears finished the regular season 7-1 in the Big South. Mercer shares the regular season title with High Point and Furman. It is Mercer's fourth straight season with at least a share of the Big South regular season title.
FURMAN 22, WINTHROP 9 | BOX SCORE
The Furman women's lacrosse team wrapped up the regular season on Saturday afternoon with a 22-9 victory over the Winthrop Eagles at Paladin Stadium to clinch a share of the program's first-ever Big South Regular Season Championship. Furman claimed its third regular season title in program history and first since 2021. The Paladins won the Southern Conference Regular Season Championship outright in 2021 and earned a share of the league crown in 2019.
WOFFORD 15, PRESBYTERIAN 9 | BOX SCORE
The Wofford College women's lacrosse team scored first and left Bailey Memorial Stadium with a 15-9 win over Presbyterian College on Saturday afternoon. With the victory, the Terriers set a new single-season record for wins with eight. They also secured a home game in the Big South Tournament for the first time in school history.
GARDNER-WEBB 13, RADFORD 10 | BOX SCORE
Freshman Katie Westbrook scored a career-high five goals, leading the Gardner- Webb University (3-13, 3-5) women's lacrosse team to a 13-10 win over Radford (2-14, 0-8) on Saturday afternoon at Spangler Stadium. Gianna Nardini tallied a hat-trick for the Runnin' Bulldogs while Rebecca Ferrina posted a pair of scores. Jules Brown acted as the top facilitator for the 'Dawgs after dishing out a career-best four assists to go along with one goal. Emma Duchscherer tacked on a trio of dimes and one score.
