UNC ASHEVILLE 6, CHARLESTON SOUTHERN 4 | BOX SCORE
Game 2 - Charleston Southern punched their ticket to the Big South Championships with their win to begin Saturday. Prior to the resumption of that delayed game from Friday, the Buccaneers honored their 16 senior student-athletes with a pregame ceremony. They won that game 21-5 and dropped the series finale 6-4 with their ninth inning rally falling short. In the second game of the series, the Buccaneers tallied 21 runs in just seven innings. The run total is the most Charleston Southern has had in a single game since 2009 and is tied for the fourth-most in program history.
Game 3 - Asheville would open the scoring in the first when Rylen Stockton doubled home Logan Lowe, before Charleston Southern tied the game in the fourth. Asheville would respond with two runs in the fifth, with the inning starting with a double down the left field line by Pereira. Pereira would move to third on an infield error off the bat of Lanowitz, before scoring on a squeeze bunt by Lowe. Lanowitz advanced to second on the play, before advancing to third on a ground ball and scoring on a RBI single by Patrick Gillen. Asheville would add two runs in the eighth to stretch the lead to 5-1, which saw Gillen start the offense in the frame with a one-out single.
RADFORD 16, WINTHROP 9 | BOX SCORE
The Radford baseball program has accomplished something it has not done in six years. The Highlanders are headed to the Big South Tournament for the first time since 2019 after a 16-9 victory over Winthrop in a conference clash inside Sherman Carter Memorial Stadium on Saturday night. The win not only secured a post season berth, but the red-hot Radford squad now finds itself ranked third overall in the Big South standings. With four conference games left on the regular season docket, the Highlanders are still mathematically alive for first to go with being just ahead of fourth and fifth-place teams Charleston Southern (12-9 in Big South play) and Winthrop (11-9) in a crowded race to the finish.

USC UPSTATE 10, PRESBYTERIAN 2 | BOX SCORE
Closing the team's slate at Cleveland S. Harley Park as it wrapped its penultimate Big South Conference series as the season trends toward the final week of the regular season, USC Upstate baseball swept its Saturday doubleheader against Presbyterian, securing a series sweep behind 12-3 and 10-2 victories over the Blue Hose. The twin bill marked Upstate's first doubleheader sweep since early April 2023 and pushed the Spartans to 30 wins, hitting the mark for the fifth straight season.
HIGH POINT 14, GARDNER-WEBB 11 | BOX SCORE
The High Point University baseball team secured the series victory with a, 14-11, win on Saturday evening. Tonight's win tied the single season win record at 35 as HPU will go for the record and the sweep tomorrow afternoon. For the second game this weekend, HPU tallied the first run of the afternoon during their first at-bats. With runners on the corners, Jackson Melton found the gap in right field to score Brayden Simpson with ease. The Runnin' Bulldogs had a response in the top of the second inning with a two-run home run to take the 2-1 lead. In the third inning, a three-run home run for the Bulldogs put them ahead 5-1, followed by another two-run homer in the fourth to take a six run lead. High Point had an answer by putting up six runs in the bottom of the fourth to tie the game at seven on five hits. A home run from Christian Smith, two RBI singles, a double, and a run on a passed ball got the job done for HPU as they rallied to come back and tie the game in the fourth inning.
