2026 Big South Fall Tennis Individual Tennis Champions Crowned
The Big South Fall Tennis Individual Championships presented by Visit York County concluded today, Sunday, Oct. 25, at the Rock Hill Tennis Center in Rock Hill, S.C., with the championship matches in singles and doubles. The individual singles and doubles champion receive automatic entry into the ITA Conference Masters Championships, which are scheduled for Nov. 5-8, 2026 at the Rome Tennis Center in Rome, Ga. Four singles players will qualify for the NCAA Singles Championship (semifinalists) and two doubles teams will qualify for the NCAA Doubles Championship through the Conference Masters (champion & finalist), which will be held Nov. 17-22 at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex in Athens, Ga.
DOUBLES CHAMPIONSHIP
Women's - (6) Amike Botha & Carlé Botha, CSU defeat (4) Keira Stewart & Mary Ellen Longmire, PC – 8-4
Men's - (4) Rafael Asadullin & Dario Navarro, PC defeat (6) Marc Ferrando & Rodrigo Guijarro, LWU – 8-4
SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIP
Women's - (2) Carlota Farrés Carreter, Charleston Southern defeats (1) Hima Fernando, Longwood – 6-1, 7-5
Men's - (2) Daniel Borisov, Longwood defeats (1) Arijan Kaliterna, NJIT – 6-1, 5-7, 7-5
