The 2026 Big South Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships continue Tuesday, May 12 at 12:00pm at Vert Stadium on the campus of High Point University in High Point, N.C. Day two features the completion of the heptathlon and decathlon, as well as eight competition events for the women and six for the men.
