s been selected the Come Ready Nutrition Freshman of the Week.
Gray was a big part of the Eagles’ run towards the end of the season. In three matches last week she hit .469 with 38 kills and added 17 blocks. Her top performance came Thursday against Presbyterian as she set a school record with a .800 attack percentage. She totaled 16 kills on 20 total attacks with no errors and had six total blocks.
Hefner dominated at the net as the Panthers defeated both Gardner-Webb and Presbyterian over the weekend. She averaged 2.57 blocks per set and 0.71 kills per set. The sophomore racked up 11 blocks in four sets against Gardner-Webb. She followed that performance up with seven more blocks against Presbyterian.
Heath tallied a match-high 21 kills and hit .220 against Gardner-Webb. She also recorded one block assist during the day, 1.25 digs per set, and 5.38 points per set. Heath's 21-kill tally was the second consecutive match she has reached 21.
