CHARLOTTE, N.C. Dolan completed his fifth full season with the Big South in 2021-22.  He oversees all compliance activities related to the NCAA and Big South Conference, provides day-to-day governance and legislative services to the conference membership, and researches and interprets NCAA and Big South rules and regulations.  He assists with the implementation and initiatives of the conference’s strategic plan, with a focus on areas related to academic centrality, student-athlete experience and membership.  Dolan is also involved with the league’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as well as organizes the Big South’s annual Student-Athlete Leadership Conference, regular SAAC meetings and the conference’s Academic Consortium.  He is the liaison to the Big South Council of Faculty Athletics Representatives, and serves as the conference administrator for football, athletic trainers and the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA).  He joined the Big South staff in March 2017 from league member Gardner-Webb.

Dassel joined the Big South in 2015 as Assistant Director of Multimedia and has served as Director of Digital Media since 2017.  In her role, Dassel is the primary shooter, editor, producer and director on all conference video content, including highlights, weekly conference shows, championship promotions and student-athlete video features.  She enhanced the annual student-athlete “Musco Spotlight” and “Faces of the Big South” video series, which showcase Big South student-athletes who are leaders on their team, active in their communities or have overcome adversity.  These video features have highlighted the achievements of nearly 150 student athletes and provides Big South student-athletes recognition and representation regionally and nationally.  Her efforts in developing, coordinating and managing the video strategy for the Big South has amassed close to 2.5 million views across the league’s various social media platforms.  Dassel oversees the implementation and execution of the Big South Network Studio project management and content strategy.  She also develops, coordinates and oversees video strategy and provides leadership on new technology and standards.  Dassel provides support and guidance for membership video teams by leading the curation and management of a growing library of quality video assets, and establishing video standards for Big South Network and video production.

Bryant concluded his 15th year with the Big South in 2021-22.
He has guided the league's growth of the Big South Network and its live-event productions by overseeing the purchasing and implementation of high quality production equipment upgrades for the membership.  Institutional productions league-wide have since developed into regular programming for the ESPN family of networks -- which surpassed 1,000 broadcasts this past year, including a league-record 987 on ESPN+.  Bryant assists with various media-related responsibilities, serves as the league’s administrative liaison for baseball, is the primary manager of the Big South's Facebook page, and is the on-air talent of Big South Network Studio productions.  Bryant, who joined the conference in September 2007, has been instrumental in the evolution and growth of the conference’s video streaming and social media elements, as well as having played a role in developments regarding the Big South website.  Bryant also spearheaded the Big South's entry into social media, as he launched the conference outlets on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, in addition to handling most of the content for each in those early years.
