Big South Announces Men's Basketball Players of the Week - Dec. 4

Caleb Robinson (Lake Arthur, La.) has been named the Big South Men’s Basketball Player of the Week, while High Point forward
Juslin Bodo Bodo (Yaounde, Cameroon) is the Freshman of the Week for games played Nov. 27-Dec. 3, it was announced today.
Robinson averaged 22.5 points, 10.0 rebounds (4.0 offensive rebounds), 1.5 assists and 1.0 steals in two games last week. He opened with 16 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in GWU’s buzzer-beating loss at Queens on Tuesday. Robinson then turned in a 29-point, 13-rebound double-double to lead the Runnin’ Bulldogs past previously undefeated Western Carolina on Saturday. He scored 21 points in the second half in handing the Catamounts their first loss of the season. For the week, Robinson was 14-of-29 from the floor ( =48.3 percent), made 3-of-5 three-point attempts and 14-of-17 from the charity stripe ( =82.4 percent).
Bodo Bodo contributed 8.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 blocked shots while making 7-of-8 from the field in a combined 37 minutes of action. He first tallied seven points, seven boards (four offensive) and two blocks in HPU’s home victory over Morgan State last Tuesday. Bodo Bodo then posted a season-high 10 points on a perfect 5-of-5 from the field, in addition to three blocks to help the Panthers win at North Florida on Saturday.
