The 2021 Big South Conference Women's Tennis Championship will be held Saturday-Sunday, April 17-18 at Marion Diehl Tennis Center in Charlotte, N.C.  The single-elimination tournament will feature the top four teams in the final standings, with semifinal matches held on Saturday, April 17, and the Championship contest will be on Sunday, April 18.

The winner of the tournament will receive the Big South Conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
