The 2023 Big South Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship will be hosted by the No. 1 seed.  The single-elimination tournament will feature the top four teams in the final standings.  The semifinals will be held on Friday, May 5, and the Championship match will be on Sunday, May 7. 

Each match of the championship will be carried on ESPN+.  The winner of the tournament will receive the Big South Conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.  Tickets will be sold through the host institution.
