The 2025 Big South Conference Women's Cross Country Championship will be hosted by Longwood University on Friday, Oct. 31 at the Longwood Golf Course.  All nine Big South members will compete in the Women's 5K race.  The top 14 individual finishers will receive All-Conference medals -- the top seven will be recognized as First-Team honorees, with the remaining seven earning Second-Team distinction.

Admission is free, though spectators are NOT allowed to enter the start/finish areas and must avoid going into team camp spaces.
