The 2026 Big South Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship will be hosted by the higher seed of each first round match, with the semifinals and finals held at the No. 1 seed.  First round matches are scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, the semifinals will be held on Friday, May 1, and the Championship contest will be on Sunday, May 3.  The single-elimination tournament will feature the top six teams in the final standings -- with the top two seeds receiving byes into the semifinals.

All rounds of the championship will be carried on ESPN+.  The winner of the tournament will receive the Big South Conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.  Tickets will be sold through the host institution.
